These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stratagem Drive ("the platform," "we," "our," or "us"), accessible at stratagemdrive.com. By accessing or using Stratagem Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Stratagem Drive is a private platform intended exclusively for current members, alumni, advisors, and authorized users of the organization it serves. Access is granted by an administrator. You may not register for or use the platform unless you have been authorized to do so.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Stratagem Drive. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if your organizational membership ends.
You agree to use Stratagem Drive only for its intended purpose of organizational collaboration and task management. You agree not to:
Stratagem Drive offers an optional integration with Google Calendar that allows the platform to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf based on your task activity.
By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Stratagem Drive to access your Google Calendar data solely for the purpose of task synchronization. You may revoke this authorization at any time from within the platform or via your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable calendar synchronization but will not affect your Stratagem Drive account or task data.
Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, including task descriptions, comments, and uploaded files. By submitting content, you grant Stratagem Drive a limited license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the platform's functionality.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform or its users.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Stratagem Drive, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Member profile information you provide — including contact details, academic information, and career interests — is visible to other authorized members of the platform according to the visibility settings configured by administrators.
Users with administrator roles have elevated access to platform data and functionality, including the ability to manage user accounts, roles, and content. Administrators agree to:
All administrative actions are logged in the platform's audit system for accountability purposes.
The Stratagem Drive platform, including its design, features, and underlying code, is the property of its developers. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any platform intellectual property.
Content and resources uploaded to the platform by users (such as guides, documents, and news sources) remain the property of their respective owners. Stratagem Drive does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.
Stratagem Drive is built on and integrates with third-party services including Base44 (infrastructure and hosting) and Google (calendar integration). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Stratagem Drive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratagem Drive and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or unauthorized access to your account or calendar.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stratagem Drive at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or the end of your organizational affiliation. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
